Hot Don’t Stop

An all level class best suited for those just starting or maintaining a fitness routine. Using weights of 10pds | 15pds | 20pds. Dumbbells’ or Kettlebell provided onsite, or bring your own. 

Low impact fitness for women of all ages, that includes lifting hand held weights, cardio warm ups through dance and movement, nervous system regulation techniques, strengthening the pelvic floor and cool down stretching. A complete system that focuses on healthy aging, strong bones, hormone regulation and increased functional movements, specific to women’s real needs. Building confidence, strength, empowerment and boldness for daily life.     

Drop In’s Welcome to any of the classes – $20/class

NEXT 10 week SESSION starting Monday June 1, 2026, 7-8PM (evening) & Wednesday June 3, 2026, 7-8AM (morning)

 

 

  • For maximum benefit of weight loss and body composition changes, it’s recommended to workout 3-4 times a week in general (more classes coming in future!)
  • These are 10-12 week sessions, for seeing results and gaining maximum benefit
  • Weights provided at our gym location or bring your preferred weight/kettlebell set, mat and sneakers/shoes mandatory and wear your sexiest comfortable workout outfits!
