Do I have to BE a wife to take part?
Not at all! These classes are for ALL women 35 years of age and over. Single, in partnerships, married or not, all are welcome (even men too, for inclusiveness sake, but some aspects may not apply!) It’s a catchy name that especially the wives relate to – because every wife wants to be HOT AF, and indeed they already are!

Humor and laughs guaranteed, swearing and sweating encouraged! Low impact fitness for women aged 35+ that includes lifting hand held weights, cardio warm ups through dance and movement, nervous system regulation techniques, the pelvic floor and cool down stretching. A complete system that focuses on healthy aging, strong bones, hormone regulation and increased functional movements, specific to women’s real needs. Building confidence, strength, empowerment and boldness for daily life.

These classes will include collections of low impact fitness workouts for women aged 35+, along with interviews of top specialists in women’s health, biohacking, supplements, nutrition and the wellness field. Our sex related collection of interviews and informational support from experts in the field of everything sexy; will include everything from hot dancing classes like burlesque and pole, new info on keeping it hot in bed, navigating sex and relationships, sex drive and hormones as we age and so much more…
About Your Instructor
I’m just a typical run-of-the-mill entrepreneur, mom, wife and farm hand, who likes to spend time doing extraordinary things. Almost an empty nester, so I wanted to spend more time having fun and staying fit!
Because if it’s not fun, I’m not likely to stick with it… so I decided to bring all my skills together, after 25+ years of being an Ontario trained massage therapist, chi healer, various dance backgrounds, yoga teacher of the general population, pre/post natal women, seniors, and kids, and more recently becoming a personal trainer! I love anything to do with bodies and how to help them, as I’ve had injuries from living an active lifestyle with chronic pain and arthritis as a result, so whatever I learn that works becomes a joy to share with others.
A big shift happened a few years ago in my life and part of that is being on a new fitness journey, discovering all the layers of hotness that exist and how to embody that even more! I’m perfectly imperfect and wholeheartedly continuing on my fitness journey right along side you. I’ll be your best cheerleader (and please be mine too;-)
