Including accessible and hot dancing classes like burlesque, twerk and pole, to steamy info on keeping it hot in bed, navigating sex and relationships, sex drive, pelvic floor health, hormone balance and so much more.
These classes form another branch of our online platform (coming soon) will include collections of interviews with top specialists in women’s health, women's fitness, biohacking, supportive supplements, nutrition for healthy aging and many other areas of interest in the wellness field.
