Low impact fitness for women aged 35+ that includes lifting hand held weights, cardio warm ups through dance and movement, nervous system regulation techniques, the pelvic floor and cool down stretching. A complete system that focuses on healthy aging, strong bones, hormone regulation and increased functional movements, specific to women’s real needs. Building confidence, strength, empowerment and boldness for daily life.

Coming soon! Through an online platform, our sex related collection of juicy interviews and informational supports from experts in the field of everything sexy will be available to you! Including accessible and hot dancing classes like burlesque, twerk and pole, to steamy info on keeping it hot in bed, navigating sex and relationships, sex drive, pelvic floor health, hormone balance and so much more.

Yes, Hot Wivez Club will be taking over regular clubs and bars to host classy and smart assy dance parties with DJ's and all your closest friends. Space for showcasing women entrepreneurs at these events too! A great way to show off your hard work and celebrate you!
